I am a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience working with people and organizations to play a bigger game in life and business. I am a systems entrepreneur – I take an integrated approach to effecting positive change by getting everyone involved and focused on addressing an issue.
Throughout my successful business career, I have worked with entrepreneurs, private equity owners, and consumer packaged goods leaders in public and privately owned businesses.
I had the honor to be president of Russell Athletic Team Division as well as president of The Yankee Candle Company.
I was recently recruited to steer Easton Baseball/Softball through bankruptcy, create a new vision and sell the business.
I bring over two decades of experience in corporate America to my current mission in life.

I have built models and have tools to help simplify the process and drive the change or vision the founder has for his/her business.
I look for mission-driven founders who have a vision and passion for their product, cause, or initiative that creates change, adds value, or disrupts the status quo while driving equity in the areas of sports, arts, or music in their communities.
I have a passion for communicating my vision and story. I welcome the opportunity to speak in front of your group or organization.
I will facilitate connections between organizations and resources, and act as an influencer to educate and drive resources to mission-driven organizations.
